Quality Conformance Manager Combat-JUNIOR

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced leader for Quality Conformance Manager within Quality Production in Combat . The ideal candidate will be skilled and with sound knowledge in Quality and a deep understanding of the Aerospace industry.

* Guarantee the conformity of a product/ service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support On Quality, On Time and On Cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.
* Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/ facilitating improvements to increase:
* Process performance and product adherence to standards
* Reliability of processes
* Repeatability of processes
* Deliver quality improvement, preventive and corrective strategy, plans and actions (CnQ, Q plan, control plan, audit & operational surveillance plan…),
* Ensure all products, assemblies, and processes meet the applicable aerospace standards
* Conduct internal audits to ensure conformity to QMS requirements and production. Ensure adherence to Quality processes and standards
* Support external audits from regulatory agencies, and certification bodies.
* Present risk analysis and mitigation strategies in line with continuous improvement plans and implementation reports
* Lead investigations into non-conforming material, quality escapes, and production discrepancies. Manage Root Cause and Corrective Action.

Experience:
* Experience in quality management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
* Preferred: proven experience with aerospace quality standards (ISO 9100).
* Preferred: experience in leading audits, compliance management, and developing quality systems.

Skills & Competencies:
* Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and quality control standards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (PPS, 5Whys, 8D) with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).
* Leadership and team management skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent communication skills for interfacing with regulators, customers, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Spanish, English mandatory.
* Airbus Internship will be a plus
