Efficiency Improvement Executive

We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst who will support Indirect Retail Channel by delivering data-driven insights that enable process optimization. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analyze data on efficiency of Trade Programs and Trade Activation Tools and Systems, be constantly updated on the major trends of programs' implementation.
* Conduct regular in-depth analysis of existing trade programs to identify their effectiveness & efficiency. Based on the analysis propose and implement new elements of the program to ensure constant improvements.
* Apply data-driven methodologies to assess process and program performance, quantify impact, and develop actionable, efficiency-focused recommendations.
* Translate complex analytical findings into clear, structured insights and recommendations for business stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools in Power BI to monitor trade efficiency and program outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of analytical outputs with business priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or a similar role.
* Strong experience in data analysis and visualization, including the design and delivery of dashboards and insights for business stakeholders.
* Proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Advanced SQL skills (including window/analytic functions, nested queries).
* Python for data analysis, automation, and exploratory analytics.
* Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques (Decision Trees, Random Forest, SVM, KNN) is a strong plus.
* Language: Ukrainian - Fluent, English - Intermediate+
