tk accelis Processing Europe, formerly thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe, is a subsidiary of tk accelis. We employ approximately 1,000 people at our locations from Portugal to Hungary. We are a highly specialized processing company for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. As a supply chain specialist, we ensure seamless supply chains for our customers in the automotive, construction, renewable energy, and many other key industries. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (all genders welcome) for our location in Győr, Hungary, which has approximately 40 employees. The location is currently still organized as a branch within Materials Hungary and is undergoing an exciting phase of transformation.

In this role, you will actively support the company's planned spin-off and make a decisive contribution to its strategic and financial development.
* You will be responsible for preparing financial analyses, managing liquidity, and preparing reports as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* You will be responsible for managing cost structures, working capital, liquidity management, and risk management
* Together with the operational managers, you will be responsible for preparing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans
* You will support the planned spin-off of the company in Győr and play a key role in shaping the associated organizational and financial processes
* You will advise the Executive Board on all financial matters and support strategic decisions regarding the company's sustainable development
* As a member of the Executive Board, you will report directly to the Group CEO

* You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on finance
* You have several years of professional experience as a manager in the areas of finance, controlling, or accounting, or have already gained experience as a CFO of a company, preferably in a manufacturing company, the metalworking industry, mechanical and plant engineering, or an industrial services environment
* You possess in-depth expertise in accounting in accordance with applicable accounting standards, have experience improving liquidity and financial results, and are confident in handling contractual matters in the B2B sector
* Your leadership qualities are characterized by cooperation, motivation, and assertiveness, while you always act with respect and serve as a role model
* Thanks to your strong communication skills, you interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels
* You possess a high degree of self-motivation and strong time management skills, combined with the ability to get things done and a pragmatic approach
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Hungarian rounds out your profile; knowledge of German is an added advantage
