Principal Accountabilities
* May modify programming under general guidance
* Occasionally participate in the design and installation of new or upgraded equipment and machinery
* Complete basic troubleshooting of machinery and automation failures
* Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the reliability of plant assets while troubleshooting machinery and automation failures as necessary
* Perform periodic inspection and maintenance on packaging equipment, processing equipment, storage systems, plant utilities and other mechanical and electrical systems, under direct guidance
* Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
* Must be 18 years or older
* Fluent in English

* Minimum 1 year experience in commercial/industrial electrical and maintenance

* Basic understanding of how to use hand tools/typical power tools safely

* Experience working on computer-based systems (PLC's, Windows, Linux)

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior trade school experience

* Prior apprentice experience

* Vocational high school trade

* IT experience
