Job Description

TRAINING
* Support building and organizing training programs
* Research and update learning and training needs
* Classroom organization: Managing materials (paper, books, lecture slides ...), teaching tools (board, microphone, computer, projector, ...), teaching, and organizing situations to support lectures, exercises, ..)
* Prepare training budget, training plan framework to meet the resort training needs.
* Do training reports
* Support Training Manager to design & develop training materials
* Coordinate and support other departments in all internal training courses
* Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Manager
WELFARE & ACTIVITIES
* Organize and execute employees' social, athletic and recreational, engagement activities
* Recommend ways to improve our company's brand
* Assist colleagues with all HR related queries and questions.
* Maintain good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts
* Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
* Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
* Execute internal communications
ONBOARDING & WELCOME
* Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new trainees
* Conduct orientation training for new heartists
