Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
* Recording income and expense entries
* Managing purchases
* Monitoring customer accounts and identifying overdue balances
* Communicating with customers (by phone, email, and in writing) to issue payment reminders
* Preparing supplier payments
* Filing and record keeping
* Supporting internal audit procedures
* Performing other accounting-related tasks
* Collaborating with all departments
Qualifications

Required Qualifications / Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
* Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
