Research Associate Intern

Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm helping companies align strategy and talent to drive superior performance. As part of our Professional Search team in Brussels, we are looking for a Research Associate Intern to support ongoing search assignments and gain hands-on experience in a high-level consulting environment.

Your role
As a Research Associate Intern, you will work closely with Research Associates and Consultants, supporting the execution of professional and executive search assignments across various industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting search projects at different stages of the search process
* Conducting market research and talent mapping to identify target companies and potential candidates
* Identifying and sourcing candidates under the guidance of the team
* Supporting the preparation of search-related documents (progress reports, candidate summaries, etc.)
* Collecting, structuring, and updating market, client, and candidate data in internal systems
* Assisting with interview coordination and general project support when needed
* Ensuring high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times

Your profile
You are:
* You currently MUST be a Master's or Bachelor's student (HR, Psychology, Business, Management, or related field) and MUST be able to complete this internship through an agreement with your university.
* Available for a minimum of 3 months
* Strongly interested in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, HR, or Consulting
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive team player with a professional mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Fluent English is mandatory (additional languages are an asset, especially French and/or Dutch)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
