Key tasks & responsibilities:
As an intern in the IT department at Robert Bosch in Brussels, you will participate in and take responsibility for various tasks and projects, including:

* Assist in daily IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting on-site technical needs
* Participate actively in the on-site team operations, contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solving
* Take the lead on small IT projects
* Support daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITE
* Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction
* Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications

Required:
* Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization ICT is not required but advantageous)
* Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project management
* Excellent administrative and communication skills
* Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

* Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
