Meet your team
The Customer Engagement & Adoption business unit in SAP focuses on accelerating cloud adoption and ensuring customers achieve tangible business outcomes from SAP innovations. The unit aims to drive increased renewal rates by orchestrating adoption journeys across the SAP Business Suite, activating relevant roles, and operating a consistent service model for speed and scale.
SAP Cloud Application Services for S/4HANA (Private and Public) provides expert management and support of the SAP application layer, allowing businesses to focus on core activities, reduce in-house resource needs, and lower costs.
The CAS Service Center and Quality Assurance is responsible for 24x7 Service Desk activities, customer master data, reporting and management of CAS processes, incl. Quality- and Knowledge Management.
What you'll do:
As a regional CAS Service Center member, you will work closely together with our regional Application Service Manager, delivery manager, process- and quality manager.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Support initiatives in CAS Delivery Acceleration & Service Center
* Build up CAS contracts and maintain further master data
* Support the definition and documentation of global standards as well as initiation and tracking of corrective actions in collaboration with topic owner to meet quality assurance and expectations
* Analyzing and reporting of tickets across SAP ticket systems and Service Now, SLA violations and check of compliance with quality standards
* Definition, tracking and reporting of KPIs
* Documentation and roll out of Wiki-pages, processes and other enhancements
* Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the CAS team
* Internal testing
What you bring:
* Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, IT Technology, or related fields
* Graduation expected within approximately 24 months
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
* Analytical thinking, recognition and understanding of coherencies and dependencies
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Proactive mindset with initiative, perseverance, and genuine curiosity
* Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* Interest in partner ecosystems, channel operations, and business administration processes
