The Flight Physics Capabilities team designs, develops, integrates and delivers all Flight Physics digital capabilities. It also innovates through using state of the art technologies and the application of the latest methods and tools. Within our mission we proactively support our customers inside and outside Flight Physics and bring value to the company through strengthened design processes.

As an Intern in Business Process and Data Modelling, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and visualizing our business processes and data ecosystems. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will delve into the heart of our operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and model business processes using industry-leading methodologies.
* Conduct thorough analysis of data inputs and outputs, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Utilize enterprise architecture methods and tools to develop comprehensive models that align with organizational goals and objectives.
* Assist in the implementation of process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in business process management and data modeling, contributing fresh insights to our team.

Desired skills and qualifications

* Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of aeronautical or industrial engineering, IT or an equivalent field of study.
* First practical experience in the field of data modeling tools and techniques is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and methodologies is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Fluent English. German would be an advantage.
* You are a good team player, have good communication skills, and are able to work independently.
