YOUR ROLE

* Become a team member of the Global Adhesives Sales Excellence team responsible for driving business activities, creating sales tools, and equip sellers with comprehensive campus trainings for success

* Support the Global Campus team in organizing and updating all materials used for the Instructor Led Trainings (ILT)

* Work closely with various stakeholders, including program owners, regional teams and external trainers to gather and update training contents

* Identify processes specific to different regions, propose a single source for storing and sharing ILT content for internal and external trainers

* Structure full training/facilitator toolboxes for each program

YOUR SKILLS

* Student who has successfully passed first semesters of studies focused on business management, project management or similar

* Practical or international experience in a B2B environment, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous

* Fluent English language skills

* Advanced MS Office skills with knowledge of SharePoint

* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

* Self-motivated, result-oriented and dedicated team-player

* Availability during 2024 for 6 months
We offer you an attractive salary between EUR 800-2025 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
