Key job responsibilities

* Help define and realize end-to-end analysis and tracking of our Events, relevance of our ad creative and events websites, in order to improve the customer experience, and optimize traffic and conversions.
* Assist in gathering data for standard reports on events metrics and data.
* Supporting the planning and execution of B2B events for (COMPANY NAME) Ads
* Liaise with external production partners and suppliers
* Liaise with partner teams including Prime Video and Twitch on events organisation including talent and branding
* Help develop, execute, and analyze creative for events and marketing materials across existing and new channels
* Assist in building automated workflows and tools to streamline manual processes to support event programs and ensure on-time delivery.
* Support on projects and tasks defined by business needs that drive efficiency and productivity for our sales teams
* Assist with building events assets: Websites, emails, post-event surveys.

About the team

The Regional Enterprise Marketing team exists to accelerate adoption of (COMPANY NAME) Ads' full-funnel solutions by engaging enterprise brand customers and large agency partners across international locales. We are local customer obsessed, and our team is tasked with delivering high-impact, scalable brand moments that drive awareness and deepen comprehension of (COMPANY NAME) Ads solutions, while reflecting regional cultures and environments.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Ihr Profil:

* Available to commence an internship between April and August 2024. Yes, our start dates are flexible! You should then be available 6 months, full time (40h/week).
* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of your internship.
* Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - C1 or higher).
* You will be based in Hamburg for the duration of the internship. A relocation package may be offered, subject to an eligibility criterion.

* Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Advanced literacy in Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent written and verbal communication in German (Level - B2 or higher). A completion of a virtual German language test may be required to assess your German level. Applications with German (Level - B1 or lower) will be also considered.

Selected candidates will be invited to an online assessment. If successful, you'll attend to two rounds of virtual interviews, which take place on the same day.
