We are looking for a creative and proactive intern to support engagement, communication, and learning activities within the global Data Literacy & SPC (Statistical Process Control) program.
The intern will design and deliver impactful learning materials, storytelling content, and awareness campaigns that make data and SPC concepts easy to understand.
A key responsibility of this role is to identify and recommend the most effective internal communication channels for different audiences and message types - ensuring visibility, clarity, and consistent tone across all platforms.
This internship will take place in Gif Sur Yvette, at our R&I center starting from January 2026
YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
* Design and produce engaging visual and learning content (infographics, banners, short videos, templates)
* Develop storytelling formats to communicate real-life cases, success stories, and SPC-related achievements
* Identify, assess, and recommend appropriate internal communication channels (Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, newsletters, etc.) based on message type and audience
* Coordinate awareness initiatives such as "Data Tip of the Week", learning campaigns, and SPC highlights
* Ensure visibility and alignment of the Data & SPC program across internal platforms
* Support the creation and animation of a network of local ambassadors in factories and regions
* Collect and analyze feedback from internal surveys to measure engagement and communication effectiveness Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure technical content is translated into clear and attractive messages
* Build and maintain a shared content library with templates, visuals, and communication standards

* Background in Communications, Marketing, UX/UI Design, or Business Design
* Proven ability to create visually engaging content and communicate complex topics simply
* Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and audience engagement
* Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple deliverables independently
* Interest in learning how to communicate data and analytical insights in a creative, accessible way
