Within Lazard's Paris office and our IB Real Estate team, Lazard Immobilier is a specialist in financial advisory for the real estate sector.

We are seeking an intern from March 2027 for a 6-month period.

We'll Trust You To

This junior analyst internship combines M&A and real estate aspects and will allow you to apply and deepen your financial knowledge by contributing to the preparation of:

* Financial models
* Stock market and strategic analyses
* Sector research
* Market studies
* Real estate asset valuations, etc.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to prepare marketing presentations, interact with clients, participate in different phases of an assignment - business development, strategic analysis, transaction origination/execution - and more.

You'll Need To Have

* Final-year student or in the second half of a gap year at a leading business or engineering school, or enrolled in a Master 2 program with a focus on Corporate Finance / Financial Engineering
* You have completed a first internship experience in the financial sector - investment banking, investment fund, audit, corporate finance department, banking, etc.
* You have a very good command of office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* You are fluent in English
* Corporate finance skills - financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling
* Sector and strategic analysis skills - market analysis, competitive analysis, etc.
* Knowledge of databases
