We are looking for someone to join the Logistic team as a Logistics Performance and Projects intern.

The Logistic team is composed of 4 people, based in Bordeaux, Paris & New York City.
Their overall mission is to ensure that all Back Market orders get delivered to customers safely and in the expected time frame, as well as provide convenient solutions for returning or trading in their devices.

Our growth plan in 2024 includes the strengthening of the logistics services in the US as well as a strong acceleration of the logistics services adoption by our sellers in Europe. We will also optimize our Trade In & return flows to ensure the best customer experience at the lowest cost to Back Market.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

* Monitor performance of our logistics partners (transport and fulfillment)
* Lead transversal projects with other BM service teams (BackRepair, Customer Care by Back Market, BackPack) to improve our services efficiency and find synergies
* Lead projects to improve the quality of the seller or customer experience (in particular for claims resolution) and prevent churn - you will work closely with the Logistics operations team, the Care team, the Supply team and the Seller Support Center team
* Deep dive in Quality & Adoption KPIs to explain the week over week fluctuations and the gaps with targets
* Support the optimization of Trade In & Return logistics flows
* Contribute to the Adoption of the service & to the enhancement of the value proposition

You're At The Right Place If:

* Strong analytical skills
* Capacity to work with transversal teams
* Experience in ecommerce/logistics start-ups is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus, but not mandatory)
* Basic knowledge in data visualization & SQL
* Comfortable working in a fast-pace environment

About this internship:

* Starting date in July / August 2024
* Duration 5 to 6 months
* Full-time internship (35h/week - Monday to Friday)
* Location: Bordeaux, France
-> You must have an internship agreement provided by your French school.
