About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Ecommerce & Press Intern to join the Alfie team. This is a hands-on role that sits across our ecommerce operations and press activity, offering brilliant exposure to the day-to-day running of a fashion brand. You'll be an integral part of the team, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting on exciting shoots, events, and press moments.
Responsibilities
* Fulfilling customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
* Managing the movement of press samples, including sending out, chasing returns, and logging all traffic
* Maintaining and updating the sample tracker to ensure it is always current and accurate
* Managing the press inbox, responding to requests and flagging priority enquiries to the wider team
* Preparing the showroom ahead of press visits and appointments, ensuring it is always presented to the highest standard
* Keeping the showroom tidy, organised, and well-maintained on a day-to-day basis
* Supporting the wider team on shoots and events as needed

* Able to commit to 6-months as part of their University or degree
