We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you'll do

As a Partner Support Specialist (Intern), you will be a key point of contact Globally focusing primarily on the Cloud Choice Flex model. As well as this you will guide partners to the right tools and resources, triage and resolve queries, and surface process improvements that make it easier for partners to do business with SAP. The role is primarily reactive and requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and a drive to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction.

* Build foundational knowledge of SAP partners, PartnerEdge, and the end-to-end CCflex change-of-partner process, criteria, and timelines.

* Intake, triage, and track CCflex change-of-partner inquiries through established channels; validate prerequisites and documentation, and route to the correct teams as needed.

* Provide clear, empathetic communication on next steps, timelines, and status; proactively follow up to remove blockers and meet SLAs.

* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

* Collate and present insights on recurring issues and propose pragmatic process or knowledge-base improvements (e.g., checklists, FAQs, guidance updates).

* Support operational reporting (e.g., case volumes, cycle times, SLA adherence) to inform continuous improvement.

* Flexibility around working hours may be required to support global stakeholders.

What you bring

* University Degree/Student in Business or IT preferred.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable handling a high volume of tasks within tight timelines.

* Fast learner with creative thinking; able to absorb new processes and policies quickly.

* Proactive, result-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Comfortable working in a multicultural, multinational environment.

* Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

* Experienced IT user (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.

* Fluent in English; an additional European language is a benefit.

* Experience interacting directly with customers or partners is an advantage.

* Demonstrated ability to improve process efficiency and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Meet your team
