For our Specialized Nutrition division in Milan we are looking as of now for 2 interns in our Specialized Nutrition as Healthcare Marketing Adult Tube & Growth Intern AND Healthcare Marketing Adult Oral
During the internship you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments, and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

About the job
By supporting the Healthcare Marketing team you'll collaborate with several company's departments and external stakeholders (Sales, Tender office, Finance, Medical, KOLs, HCPs) to develop your analytical skills and to discover competitive dynamics of Nutricia products' market.

In details, you'll be involved on:
* Sales and market trends analysis
* Competitive Analysis and critical understanding of market
* Creating and editing products' technical specification sheets
* Delivering trainings to sales force about our products portfolio
* Development communication materials collaborating with Medical, Regulatory and Sales Department
* Development and coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including performance analysis and continuous optimization of online activities
* Supporting the brand manager with promotional activities and communication strategy
* Ad hoc activities on different therapeutic areas
* Supporting Tender office where required
* Supporting with events and congresses organization

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
* Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or similar;
* A master in Healthcare Management would a plus
* Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
* Structured and analytical way of working;
* Curiosity and proactivity
* Relational skills and flexibility;
* Good Excel and Power Point knowledge;
