Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Proofread (English & French) marketing and commercial materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to the commercial team as needed
* Coordinate marketing projects according to established timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables
* Support the establishment and maintenance of governance processes for Cardio Renal Metabolic ways of working
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., marketing, medical, regulatory, operations) to support launch readiness and/or product lifecycle
Essential Requirements:
* Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
* Analytical capability: Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel), interpreting insights, and applying them to segmentation, targeting, and campaign decisions.
* Communication skills: Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication.
* Project organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
* Digital/AI mindset: Interest in AI-enabled marketing and digital tools
