Job Description

Your role:
Support the Staffing Manager in identifying professional profiles for banking engineers, with the goal of facilitating new assignments and reducing the number of people in banking.

* Responsibilities:
* Identify engineers whose assignments are about to end.
* Conduct interviews and profile engineers.
* Coordinate interviews between projects and available engineers.
* Maintain constant contact with people in banking, considering their interests and aspirations.
* Share interview feedback with engineers.
* Support the Staffing Manager with administrative and operational tasks related to the area.

Skills required:
* Advanced English (spoken and written).
* Knowledge of office tools: Excel, PowerPoint.
* Excellent attitude, social skills, and effective communication skills.
