Make a first step towards your career in Conversational AI Designing. Gain practical experience and learn from experienced mentors. As an Conversational AI Intern, you will be tasked with extracting actionable insights from data and contributing to the overall decision-making process within an organization and projects.

This role not only involves designing, testing, and refining prompts for our advanced AI systems, but also collaboration with cross-functional teams as we aim to interpret findings and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of AI models, a flair for language, and a keen interest in AI-driven content generation. If you are a student of higher or final year of studies in the field of IT, join our Conversational AI Internship program that starts in July 2024 and get a chance to land your first job at (COMPANY NAME).

At our 8-week Internship program you will:
* Design & implement conversational AI experiences using conversation design, programming and prompt-engineering techniques, cotent preparation and adaptation.
* Collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
* Conduct testing and iterative refinement of prompts based on AI responses and user feedback.
* Assist in troubleshooting AI-generated content issues and optimizing prompt performance.
* Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and incorporate new techniques in prompt design.

You will fit in if:
* You are currently studying (eg. linguistics, computer science, related field) as a final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) with no professional experience.
* You have students' rights from "Studentski Centar" that are valid during the whole Internship program.
* You are interested to understand both the technical and business sides of data.

You will stand out if you have:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to explain complex issues in a clear, non-technical way.
* Strong ability to craft compelling and contextually appropriate conversations for AI chatbots.
* Any consulting experience, preferably with large and enterprise-level companies.
* Basic understanding of AI models, particularly in language and image generation.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
* Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and basic understanding of Product Design
* Participated in student projects, Kaggle competitions, Hackatons, workshops or other.
* Already participated in some internship programs.
* Are fluent in English, speak at a conversational level.
* Are able to work full time after completing the internship.

Additional information
Internship timeline:
* May 26th - application deadline
* By the end of May - online testing
* June - selection process feedback and interviews
* July - start of the internship program where you will work in small teams with a dedicated mentor from our Zagreb office
* September - end of the Internship program
