Event Management Intern - Monee (November 2026 Intake)

Beschreibung:

* Assist in planning and executing events such as sponsorship events, brand partner events, and community initiatives
* Liaise and support closely with third-party vendors, event organizers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
* Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, booth setup, vendor coordination, equipment rental, and transportation
* Support marketing campaign execution, including developing key visuals, planning social media content, coordinating campaign exposure, and preparing marketing materials for events
* Provide on-site operational support during events, covering setup, coordination, and troubleshooting
* Provide general administrative and operational support, including documentation and data tracking
* Assist in identifying areas for improvement and sharing post-event learnings

Ihr Profil:

* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to details
* Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel and support on-ground event setup when required
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
