The Client Relations Intern will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic Client Relations teams across Tiffany & Co., Malaysia. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM, Client Events, the Client Experience and Client Gifting while witnessing the real-world application of luxury retail concepts in a luxury environment.
We are seeking an intern who can commit full-time for at least three to six months.
Responsibilities
Reporting and Client Analysis
* Help with monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Assist in analyzing client data and CRM programs to understand what's working well
* Track the success of major sales events and client activities by working with retail teams
* Create client lists and reports as needed, and work with global teams if there are issues
* Share insights from data, including market and competitor information
Clienteling & CRM Support
* Assist retail teams with creative and logistical support for in-store events
* Assist with follow-up for events and programs, including client development activities
* Support client gifting initiatives, managing regional orders and allocations
* Contribution to the regional coordination of overseas events to support the client experience
* Compile and support on preparation of strategy and events presentation
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
* Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
* Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Ability to take initiative and be proactive
* Attention to detail and accuracy
