In this internship, you will be part of the Global IRO (Innovation and Realization Office) Pipeline Management team, within our Specialized Nutrition business. Our purpose is to drive innovation across global markets. During this internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support key initiatives that shape our innovation pipeline.

Your main responsibilities include:
* Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support decisions in Innovation forums.
* Creating insightful dashboards using tools like PowerBI.
* Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across departments.
* Supporting the development of data management processes.
* Coordinating roll-out projects to expand existing SKUs into new regions.

Global Data Analyst Intern, you’ll naturally thrive in data analysis and effective communication. You’re someone who works independently, manages multiple tasks with ease, and flourishes in a dynamic, international environment. You bring strong presentation skills, a collaborative spirit, and a curious mindset that drives you to continuously learn and grow. Proficiency in Excel is expected, while experience with Power BI is considered a valuable plus.

There are also some compulsory requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or any related field during the whole internship period;
* You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit);
* Available to start in January 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
* Fluent in English – spoken and written;
* Able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week
