Merchandising Internship

What are we looking for:
* Available for 6 months full time.
* Interest in learning, being hands-on & proactive.
* Being fluent in English and Dutch or French.
As a Merchandising intern, here's a taste of what you could be doing - but there's even more to explore!
* You will be in charge of developing merchandising tools for stores (visuals, Strips, Module, etc) ;
* You will take part to the preparation and implementation of the visual merchandising plan and be responsible for different merchandising project on a Benelux scope ;
* You will analyze data to track the development of the make-up market and L'Oréal brands ;
* You will translate data analysis into a clear story and recommendations, ready to present to retailers ;
* You will provide regular updates and insights to internal teams on retailer, brand, segment, and product performance.
What you can expect as an intern:

What to expect in terms of application process

* Based on your aspirations and our needs, we'll determine which of our four divisions - Consumer Products (CPD), L'Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and Active Cosmetics (LDB) - would be the best fit. Each division focuses on different brands and customers, offering diverse opportunities for your career journey.
* Once we've identified a potential match, we'll share your profile with the hiring manager.
* If the hiring manager is interested in your profile, we'll set up an interview for you to meet.
* And if everyone agrees you're the perfect fit, we'll make an offer!
