All about the role

As an Industrial Relations Intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience - working with the HRBP Industrial Relations to smoothly and effectively support our business requests. You will support different IR processes and projects, building your knowledge of Industrial Relations. In the process, you can help to deliver a great experience to numerous teams across the company.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

* Support the HRBP Industrial Relations in building IR processes for all the countries in scope (Europe and Israel)
* Build the internal knowledge about IR in the different countries
* Help building a training for our internal clients
* Monitoring of legal changes in Industrial Relations

What will you bring to the table?

* Ideally currently studying for a Employment law or HR Master
* English required, another EU language is a plus (German, Spanish, Italian…)
* Willing to work on industrial/labour relations
* Well-organised and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic about working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and motivated, actively looking for feedback & development opportunities
* Enjoy helping others by providing the necessary support
* Flexible, open-minded and happy working in a multicultural, international environment
* Available full-time for a period of 6 months
