The Agency Partnerships team is a high-impact group responsible for driving the growth and success of creator and affiliate monetization. We collaborate closely with agency executives, KOL networks, and internal leadership to design and implement long-term growth strategies. As champions of the creator economy, we play a vital role in shaping sustainable business models for MultiChannel Networks (MCNs) across key verticals and ensuring the voice of creators is represented throughout the organization. We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our MCN team. The intern will support the team in managing creator/agency partnerships, optimizing live commerce initiatives, and executing day-to-day operational tasks. This role provides exposure to the fast-paced world of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and creator management, offering a hands-on experience in how platforms collaborate with MCNs and creators to drive business growth. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Assist in coordinating with MCN agencies and creators for campaign execution and confirmation of support - Help prepare reports, presentations, and recap documents for both internal and external stakeholders - Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation - Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the MCN team (e.g., project progress tracking, meeting notes, database updates, scheduling, onsite assistance, etc). - Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate student and currently enrolled in a university - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Docs) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask - Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or the creator economy Preferred Qualifications - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Proactive to identify potential project blockers and propose solutions - Open to realtime monitoring of KLS performance for high priority sessions If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@bytedance.com
