Who we are looking for

🚀 Curious about UX/UI Design, AI-powered Product Lab, and what it's like to work at Deloitte Digital?
Join us for a unique Recruitment Day in Warsaw in August/September, where you'll have the opportunity to meet our designers, learn more about our projects, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how we create digital experiences for leading clients across industries.
This event is designed for junior UX/UI professionals who are passionate about design, technology, and the future of AI-enabled products.
🟢Following the event, selected participants may be invited for internship and explore potential career opportunities within Deloitte Digital.

The candidate chosen for the internship will be required to work onsite full-time in Warsaw for the first three months of the program.

✅ What we're looking for

* Around 1 year of experience in UX/UI or Product Design (commercial, freelance, internship, or significant personal projects). 💼
* Hands-on experience with Figma, including creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI components. 🎨
* Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, Cursor, Bolt, or similar) to support design, research, ideation, or prototyping. 🤖
* Basic understanding of Design Systems and reusable component-based design. 🧩
* Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers.
* Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
* A growth mindset, curiosity, and a genuine passion for learning new technologies and AI-powered design workflows.
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher and native Polish.
* A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects and your design process. 📁
* Openness for hybrid work in Deloitte's office.

Your future role

* Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products. 🎨
* Collaborate with senior designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
* Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, research, prototyping, and day-to-day design workflows.?
* Create and maintain UI components while contributing to our design system.
* Support user research by helping prepare, analyze, and synthesize research findings. 🔍
* Prepare design assets and documentation for client presentations and developer handoff. 📄
* Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and strategists in cross-functional teams. 👥
* Contribute to real client projects while growing your product design and AI skills.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to the team's continuous improvement.
