We're Looking For:

* Technical Curiosity: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and familiarity with software development tools. Bonus if you've built personal/academic projects that showcase your passion.

* Problem-Solving Drive: Ability to dissect complex systems, debug creatively, and deliver elegant solutions under real-world constraints.
