Internship in Talent Management with Turkish - First Gen 2026

You will be working with our experienced colleagues who will help you with each step. With their guidance you will learn how to perform the following duties independently: Training Coordination: Maintain training trackers and reports in Excel, using formulas and filters. Support reporting for mandatory trainings (e.g., English courses, compliance sessions). Check and organize documentation related to trainings (e.g., contracts, attendance sheets). Participate in internal meetings to align on upcoming training and talent initiatives. Assign relevant training sessions via System. Communication, Logistics & Support: Maintain constant communication with the Talent Management Representative in Turkey. Ensure smooth execution of training sessions by managing all logistical aspects. Supporting Employee Satisfaction & Feedback Survey process. Awards: Managing monetary & non-monetary recognition for PepsiCo associates. Closely collaborating with different PepsiCo Teams

Ihr Profil:

Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written). Basic MS Office knowledge Attention to details and ability to focus Good communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Human Resources
