Location: Krakow, PL
As part of the Human Resources team, you will support key HR functions and projects that drive business results and employee satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines. This role will provide you with valuable insights into human resources processes, tools, and best practices. This is hybrid work (3 days from office, 2 days from home).

Responsibilities:
* Assist in all Employee related activities from Hire to Retire and provide daily HR Operations support
* Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
* Contribute to organizational development and change management efforts
* Participate in performance management and learning & development programs
* Collaborate with HR leaders on strategic projects and process improvements

Qualifications:
* Final-semester or recently graduated bachelor's student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited institution
* Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
* Knowledge and first experience in HR Systems (HRIS): Snow, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ZUS PUE or similar
* At least general/basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law, PPK, ZFŚS
* Advanced English proficiency (B2)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
