Job Description
Major Accountabilities:
* Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and field coordination.
* Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer insights.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales data in company systems.
* Participate in customer meetings and internal business reviews, where appropriate.
* Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
* Contribute to projects and initiatives assigned by the line manager while ensuring compliance with Novartis policies and standards.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
* Accuracy and quality of reports and documentation.
* Active participation in learning and development activities.
* Demonstrates collaboration, accountability, and a growth mindset.
* Positive feedback from manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
* No prior work experience required.
* Internship, extracurricular activities, or university projects are an advantage.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
