Duration: 6 months
Location: Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland

Your role:
* You will champion AI readiness and empower teams by delivering impactful training and insights that build AI adoption across the site.
* Support AI adoption initiatives across the BDC site, contributing to measurable improvements in AI awareness among 400+ collaborators.
* Organize & deliver hands-on workshops and classroom-style training sessions for non-technical users on AI tools and concepts.
* Prepare and present Digital and AI topics to audiences of 20-40 persons, including cross-functional and management-level stakeholders, in English.
* Contribute to the design and development of AI-powered applications leveraging the latest frontier models available in the myGPT Suite (GPT-5, Claude 4.6 Sonnet, o3, DeepSeek R1, and more).
* You will architect next-generation Generative AI solutions while establishing robust workflows and testing standards to ensure their reliability and compliance

Your profile:
* Ability to work with office 360
* Curiosity and open minded to new tools & technology
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills
* English oral and written (French is a plus)
* Proven ability in knowledge sharing and training
* Must be currently in a Bachelor's or Master's program
