WE WELCOME
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic student or recent graduate who is eager to start their first professional experience.
Dedicated and engaged student, curious and passionate about learning and progressing in Luxury retail & operations for a high-end jewelry brand.
We offer a 12-month internship starting March 2026.
YOU WILL BE
Immersed in our organization and Swiss Culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Cartier.
You will join the Lugano Boutique and support the Sales Team in delivering exceptional client experience. Your role will involve providing operational support to the Boutique, such as client welcoming service, daily management of Boutique operations including stock management and Sales Associate support.
As the first point of interaction with the client, you will ensure the high quality of welcoming and treatment, while also establishing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
You will actively contribute to Boutique Operations, and you will ensure the application of all internal Procedures & Guidelines.
YOU ARE
* You have completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last year and you can provide an academic internship agreement (compulsory).
* Available to start in March 2026
* You bring a proactive attitude, and you are a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others.
* You have excellent presentation and communication skills
* You are an Italian native speaker, fluent in English further Swiss languages would be a plus
