Role Purpose

The Intern will support the Hotel Lifecycle & Growth (HLG) function across the AUPAC J&M and SEAK regions, gaining practical exposure to how HLG teams collaborate to open new hotels and contribute to IHG's Net System Size Growth (NSSG). The role involves hands-on learning across various sub-functions and systems integral to hotel development and opening activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily operations across all HLG sub-functions, including coordination of team travel plans and schedules.
* Learn HLG systems such as GOLs, ADCO, and assist in updating project status, construction schedules, FLS progress, and design milestones.
* Work closely with the Development Team Coordinator on signings, ITYFTY tracking, and related documentation.
* Assist Senior Directors across EAPAC with collation and follow-up of TSFs across active projects.
* Maintain and update critical documents including owner onboarding decks, brand decks, and other core materials.
* Learn to compile and distribute periodic soft metrics to relevant stakeholders.
* Support the NHOP team with the creation and updating of SOPs for all brands related to New Hotel Openings.
* Learn the process for generating PIP documents.
* Maintain and contribute to HLG meeting decks, EAPAC performance decks, QBR decks, and other periodic reporting.
* Maintain and update JTT data and Green Engage information.

Key Metrics

* Effective and timely support of daily HLG operations.
* Accuracy and consistency of system updates and project documentation.

Required Education & Experience

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
* Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new challenges
