As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. Global Key Accounts - Global Partnerships Asia is responsible for managing and growing TikTok Shop's most strategic, high-impact global brands across multiple markets. We work with large multinational companies (e.g. global beauty, fashion, electronics, FMCG, and lifestyle brands) whose businesses span multiple countries and regions. Our role is to ensure these brands succeed on TikTok Shop through scalable strategy, consistent execution, and long-term partnership building. Responsibilities - Global & Regional Account Management: Own relationships with global and regional headquarters, aligning TikTok Shop strategy across multiple markets. - Strategic Growth Planning: Lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs), long-term growth roadmaps, and regional expansion strategies across Asia Pacific and beyond. - Cross-Market Coordination: Act as the bridge between global brands, regional stakeholders, and local country teams to ensure alignment on goals, execution, and KPIs. - Commercial & Performance Management: Drive GMV growth through content-based commerce, affiliates, LIVE, and full-funnel solutions-balancing growth, profitability, and sustainability. - Product & Capability Enablement: Work closely with internal teams (product, ads, logistics, finance, operations) to unlock new features, tools, and solutions for global brands. -Scaling Best Practices: Identify winning models in one market and scale them across regions, ensuring consistency while respecting local market differences. - Data Management: Data hygiene management and repository update to support business decisions

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; final-year undergraduates or Master's students preferred - Comfortable with numbers, KPIs, and performance data; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets - Strong written and oral English; able to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders - Interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, and how brands grow online globally - Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple tasks; proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and quick to learn new tools Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with managing e-commerce projects - Previous experience handling global key accounts before By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy.
