Digital Transformation Intern

Background:
Traditionally, project conceptualization, project budget, project management and maintenance of IT systems are executed in isolation. This resulted in disorganized project/system related information in multiple places. Leveraging on new enterprise resource planning technology, this internship project aims to provide a one-stop platform to centralize all projects/systems data, from project registration to project cost estimate to project execution status and IT systems catalogue for implemented projects. Transformation of manual processes to digital workflows and process automation while maintain all data within the same platform. There would be opportunities to develop, apply and/or train others in the usage of process automation technologies (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, etc) as well.

Responsibilities:
* Aims to equip student with domain knowledge on industry-recognized computing platform for managing digital workflows.
* Improve existing enterprise IT project registration capabilities
* Design and build workflows to enhance system lifecycle experience
* Ensure long term sustainability in keeping the IT Systems Catalogue up-to-date via automation

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science
* Able to commit to a 6-months internship
* General understanding of project management
* Basic JavaScript
* Basic Software Programming (any language - e.g. Visual Basic, C#, Java & etc)
* Knowledge of / experience with the following are helpful but not compulsory
- Low-code process automation tools (e.g. UiPath RPA , Power Automate, etc)
- Video/Animation Production beneficial but not compulsory
