Aufgaben

At Mercedes Benz Singapore, ITS/SC focuses on bringing in Business transformation via IT. We , as a team, are committed to delivering high quality IT systems to bring transformation in the world of Mercedes Benz. The team here in Singapore is a delivery unit working on Retail of The future, bringing transformation across 8 countries. We use Release Train to drive our planning and deliveries across 8 live markets, If you are passionate about driving business with IT, then this is your chance to help us drive the transformation.
* Support project manager in project administration, coordination & reporting.
* Collaborate and work closely with product teams to gather inputs for article requirements, specifically on product technical details.
* Support in ad hoc strategic management topics - such as PPT deck content and design formatting.
* Able to support IT digital transformation team activities & have willingness to learn.
* Independent learner who can develop market communication (through independent research with different media platforms
* Able to create and distribute management reports through dashboard & visualization tools e.g. Power BI
* Explore & develop the use of various applications/tools (e.g. Confluence, Sharepoint, MS suite etc) which can be adopted to digitalize & transform the organization
* Support other operational tasks, follow-ups & remote coordination with geographically distributed team
* Use AI for Day to day work and for Digital Transformation
* Effectively write and plan articles in the organization's Social Intranet, including announcements, newsletters and leadership messages related to strategic topics.

Qualifikationen

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong capability in Visual Basic.
* Skilled in social media usage and content support; highly coachable and open to feedback.
* Quick learner with willingness to adopt new tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Confluence).
* Able to work independently with strong self-management and task prioritization skills.
* Strong listening abilities paired with confident presentation skills.
* Adept at multitasking and consistently delivering work within deadlines.
* Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
