BAP Post Listing Operations intern

Responsibilities

* Operations (80%)
* Manage requests pipeline (e.g. network upgrade, hardfork) from listed tokens - E.g. understand requirements, respond enquiries
* Manage requests pipeline from internal teams (e.g. delist trading pairs)
* Support implementation of successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, coordinate due diligence, negotiation)
* Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests
* Support ad-hoc risk management initiatives
* Drive new initiatives and able to deliver quality results on time
* Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary

* Account Management (20%)
* Understand (COMPANY NAME) marketing campaigns and products/services
* Understand needs of listed tokens to support their growth and success
* Support account managers on various ad-hoc tasks (e.g. research information or due diligence of requests)

Requirements

* Ability to work at least 6 months
* Humble and hardcore, match company core value
* Organized, detail oriented and analytical
* Team player and effective communicator
* Proficient with Google suite of products
* Passion for crypto industry and digital assets
* Basic understanding of crypto
