What You Do

You will be responsible for:

* Collaborating with product owners to map business processes and customer journeys.
* Participating in the full product development lifecycle - from initial ideas to final delivery.
* Working closely with the delivery team, providing support and sharing customer insights.
* Engaging with internal and external customers to gather and validate requirements.
* Reviewing vendor performance and assisting with due diligence processes.

Who You Are

* Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
* Coursework in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.
