What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear project specifications.
* Supporting project governance by tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and preparing status updates for stakeholders.
* Working closely with internal and external delivery teams to provide ongoing support and ensure successful project delivery.
* Contributing to documentation, testing, and change management processes as required.

Who You Are

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students).
* Possess strong analytical skills and an ability to independently resolve challenges.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
* A proactive and enthusiastic learner with a keen interest in technology and financial markets.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Learning Objectives
