Quality Assurance Intern - Your future position?
Location: 1 Pioneer Turn
Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager

Main Responsibilities
* Ensure Quality Management System documentation is generated, maintained, stored and archived in compliance with company internal procedures.
* Responsible for on-going collection of quality metrics e.g. Complaint data, internal non-conformance data, MOC and reporting appropriately.
* Run reports including key statistics and findings for the Quality function in relation to QMS performance.
* Follow-up with process owners on audit findings of the maintenance of appropriate local documents including work instructions, procedures and manuals etc. in Opentext.
* Administrative support on customer questionnaire, complaint findings consolidation, halal approval list update, environmental results tabulation.
* Support QA related data that demonstrates the effectiveness of QA processes and its application in Site QA continuous improvement (CI) processes such as daily meetings (SOED) and visual performance management.

Your Academic Requirements:
* Diploma or Undergraduate in relevant fields such as Chemistry, Biochem, Biotech, etc.
* Taking up this internship as a credit bearing/school requirement

**NOTE: Please do take note that this is a desk based internship, and there are no lab work responsibilities
