Location: Valencia, Spain
Duration: 6 months internship, 30-40 hours/week
Start: October 1st, 2026

How you will make an impact:

* Assist in accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and customer payment follow-ups.

* Review and validate accounts payable entries and ensure timely processing.

* Support debt reconciliation efforts by analyzing outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.

* Perform Days Receivable Turnover analysis to monitor collection efficiency.

* Generate and manage receipts for incoming payments.

* Audit and verify recurrent expense invoices for accuracy and compliance.

* Use and maintain the Coupa system for procurement and expense management.

What you'll need:

* Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master) of Finance, Business Administration or any other related field

* In the last year of the degree

* Full-time (30-40h/week) availability for min. 6 months

What else we look for:

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Familiarity with Excel and financial systems (Coupa experience is a plus).

* Proficiency in English.

* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
