Job Description

Internships for university students in business and economics

Responsibilities

* Trainee programs in business and administration fields.
* Up to 10 months of real work experience closely mentored by Lear professionals.
* Period: Up to 950 hours/academic year on site from July 2026 to May 2027 (Lear Valls).
* Possibility of be assigned to a real Lear project that gives you the chance to conduct your TFG/TFM.
* 20 to 35 hours/week.
* Economic grant
* Possibility to join Lear at the end of the program, upon positive reviews and available job openings.

Skills

Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and standard office productivity tools.
Intermediate level of English, written and spoken.
