Intern, Accounting

Beschreibung:

This is a six-month internship program. Participants must be current students, commit to the full six-month duration, and attend at least 3 days per week.
Accounting Process Enhancement / Update
* Participate in the process enhancement
* Assist in preparing the updated process for Accounting team

Accounting Payment Processing
* Timeliness (Payment instruction to Treasury must be conveyed clearly & followed up to ensure timeliness)
* Liaising with SSC on the payment run proposal and execution.
* Compilation of payment documents per payment run.
* Follow up on the payment authorization with Treasury/Controlling & clearing by SSC

Account Receivables Processing
* Liaising with SSC on the collection and ensuring timeliness in clearing.
* Compilation of documentation relating to VAT and Duty.

General Ledger & Corporate Tax
* Assisting GL & Reporting for month end, year end, TP and Tax filing related tasks. Financial policies, procedures & processes
* Ensure all policies & procedures are adhered to prior to invoice processing Internal (ICS) controls & Audit
* Preparation of ICS control documentations
* Assist in any documentations requirement by auditor (including TP Audit)

Qualifikationen

Valid work permit in Taiwan is a must.

* Able to communicate well with all parties
* Timeliness in completing tasks assigned
* Deviation resolution (deviations from Company Policy & Guidelines must be investigated & conveyed to relevant party)

Specific knowledge/ Skill：
* Strong Microsoft knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
* SAP knowledge (added advantage)
* Able to communicate in English
* Basic knowledge in Accounting / Financial Accounting
