The Role
Egon Zehnder Istanbul office is currently seeking a long-term intern to join its Research Team.
Key Accountabilities
* Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date candidate information in internal database.
* Support search projects through high-quality execution, including preparation of client-ready documents and presentations throughout the search process.
* Use external internet sources as needed to support search assignments and data validation.
* Use the internal database effectively to identify and surface potentially relevant candidate profiles, exercising sound judgment under guidance from senior team members.
* Support market analyses and market maps, and contribute to industrial/functional knowledge management activities (e.g., organizational charts, candidate lists, basic industry trend tracking) through guided research.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will:
* Be a 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student or a recent graduate currently pursuing a master's degree in a relevant field.
* Have prior internship experience in areas such as talent research, executive search, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
* Demonstrate strong learning agility, attention to detail, and willingness to contribute.
* Have a good command of English and solid proficiency with standard business tools
