Description:

* The Accounting Intern will assist with Data Analysis and General Accounting tasks, which includes mastering procedures, compiling reports, and conducting presentations for Management.

* The Accounting Intern will be responsible for aiding in Data Analysis and General Accounting responsibilities, which encompasses acquiring knowledge of processes, creating reports, and presenting findings to Management.

* The intern will carry out general accounting responsibilities, overseeing Accounts Payable, and tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators.

* Additionally, they will complete the Fixed Asset capitalization process and produce audit lists.

* They will also perform account reconciliations as needed.

* Monitors and reports efficiencies gained in projects.

* Review and develop digitalization process efficiencies.

Qualifications:

* Pursuing undergraduate business-related degree

* Microsoft Office

* Detail Oriented

* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).

* Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.

* Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.

* Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions.

* Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).

* Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.

* MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.

* Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

* THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 18th - August 7th, 2026.
