Co-Op intern - IR

Beschreibung:

The Co-op mirrors the daily activities of a full-time analyst at Rialto.
* Assist with the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports for both debt and equity real estate investment funds; the content of the reports includes fund activity, investment performance, and market outlook related to commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, commercial real estate and other investment.
* Analyze data and generate data visualizations of portfolio allocations, special servicing trends, loan maturities, and projected cash distributions.
* Communicate with various departments to complete quarterly side letter agreements and ad hoc investor requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses are provided.
* Assist with the improvement of new software to automate and streamline the report preparation process.
* Support the tracking of the weekly report that covers firm-wide capital activities, including deal transactions, fund closings, capital calls, and distributions.

Qualifications:

Skills:
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Previous work experience related to real estate or finance is preferred but not required

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
