Job Description:

Position Summary
Assist in the execution of payroll processes within a multi-state environment by collaborating closely with the payroll team to review employee payroll data for accuracy and completeness. Ensure correct compensation and appropriate deductions are applied by verifying information under the guidance of a Senior Payroll Specialist. This role does not involve directly maintaining or updating payroll data but instead supports the team by ensuring data integrity and compliance.
General Job Responsibilities
* Review and document all payroll records
* Detect issues related to uncollected payroll
* Follow and implement best practices and processes defined by the company, to work with high standards of quality
* Participate in status meetings
* Attend internal trainings

Qualifications:

Requirements & Skills:
* English level B1+
* Graduated from a Technical High School in accounting or executive in service center, or university student in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
