We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial & Mechanical Engineer to optimize systems, improve processes, and design mechanical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. This hybrid role combines process optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and mechanical design expertise to support production, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Industrial Engineering
* Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
* Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.
* Design facility layouts, production flows, and material handling systems.
* Track productivity metrics and recommend operational improvements.
* Partner with operations to enhance quality, safety, and cost performance.
* Support inventory management, supply chain optimization, and demand planning.
Mechanical Engineering
* Design, develop, test, and improve mechanical components and systems.
* Create and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications using tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
* Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses to ensure reliability and performance.
* Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and manufacturing processes.
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
* Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
* Experience with ERP systems, engineering software, and data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, assembly, automation, and production systems.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
* Experience with automation, robotics, and aerospace environments.
* Knowledge of simulation and engineering analysis tools such as Arena, MATLAB, and ANSYS.
* Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing.
